Lambourn Contracts are an independent main contractor delivering a wide variety of tailored construction solutions to discerning commercial & corporate clients since 1999. We concentrate much of our effort on the provision of high quality refurbishment & fit-out programmes in London and across the south east.
Our attention to service and focus on the small project details, particularly within the fit-out market serves us well, as we are also firmly established in the prestigious high-end and luxury residential sector.

Residential Portfolio
Town House, Kensington – A complete refurbishment & fit-out project for an international developer covering a seven month period. Close cooperation with the client's project management team ensured an enhanced standard of living covering every aspect of the building. The interior design called for small alterations to be made which allowed for new walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, snug/media room, wine cellar, bespoke kitchen etc. As you would expect for a project of this nature, the materials and finishes used in the fit-out were of the highest quality.
Private Apartment, Regents Park - An interior refurbishment & fit-out project for a well-known London estates landlord. Project included new bespoke kitchen, a variety of en-suite and guest bathrooms, partial strip-out of old and outdated FF&E. Complete redecoration throughout to a very high standard and the re-instatement of new FF&E to the living and accommodation areas. Upgrade of M&E systems.
Pimlico – Design & Build project to remodel & fit-out the living & sleeping accommodation to include family areas, nanny flat, gym, sauna, Turkish bath etc.
Manor House, West Sussex – Internal & External refurbishment to several listed period buildings, with hard & soft landscaping, and a variety of modifications and upgrades made throughout the property
